Previous sales experience is an advantage – but not a requirement. We train you from scratch and provide you with all the product knowledge, sales training, and coaching you need to succeed.

Here, it is your performance that determines how quickly you develop.

As an inside sales representative, you will:

• Contact private customers via phone.
• Help customers find the right mobile and broadband solutions.
• Present current campaigns and offers from Tre.
• Work in modern sales systems such as Dialer and Retailer.
• Be part of a team with daily coaching, follow-up, and development.

You will receive a thorough introduction and work based on proven sales processes that help you succeed.

• Full-time employment (100%)
• 6-month probation period leading to a permanent position
• Working hours: Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00
• Secure base salary
