We at Impress are looking for a Patient Coordinator / Sales Representative. Impress is Europe's leading player in modern teeth straightening and specialists in Invisalign. We are now seeking an engaged Patient Coordinator who wants to combine patient care with sales and be a key person in our clinics.

About the Role

As a Patient Coordinator, you are the patient's first point of contact and our ambassador in the clinic. Your role is to build trust, guide the patient through their treatment journey, and ensure they receive a professional and positive experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Attending consultations together with dentists or orthodontists.
• Presenting the treatment plan and price to the patient.
• Driving sales by converting consultations into treatments.
• Following up with patients throughout their journey to ensure a secure and smooth treatment process.
• Measuring and working towards clear KPIs, primarily conversion rates.
• Contributing to the clinic's profitability through professional interaction and high service standards.
