We are looking for a freight forwarder who is responsible for the business unit's transport-related issues, has control over outgoing and incoming goods flows, and handles additional administrative tasks. You will be the contact point for shipping companies, internal functions, and other business units regarding transport-related matters. The company is a global technology company focused on electrification and automation, with a desire to help industries, cities, and energy companies use electricity smarter, safer, and more efficiently.

Your main tasks will include:

• Coordinate and book transports, including time-sensitive express deliveries and dangerous goods
• Monitor and follow up on deliveries
• Create export and transport documentation
• Handle certificate management
• Invoice management and license invoicing
• Resolve transport cases and support internal functions
• Compile statistics and key figures for business follow-up

Working hours are office hours Monday to Friday, and the position is full-time and should be filled immediately as soon as we find the right candidate. You will be employed by StudentConsulting but hired out to the client company with offices in southern Malmö.

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You have experience in transport and freight forwarding administration and knowledge of delivery and transport terms
• You have good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
• You are familiar with business systems, where experience with SAP, Basware, and/or MS Office is meritorious

If you also have valid training in dangerous goods (ADR, IMDG, and IATA) or relevant product knowledge, this is meritorious.
