As a Customer Service Agent, you will work in spacious, bright premises in Lund, with good commuting options for those using public transport, as well as ample free parking right next to the building.

In this role, you will become part of a strong team that serves as the face of Bokus. You will be the customer's first point of contact via phone, email, and occasionally chat. Depending on needs, you may also support other tasks. A sense of team spirit, joy in work, and a positive work culture permeate our daily lives – something we create together!

• Flexibility: During the introduction period, you will work on-site with us in Lund. Once you are settled, there is an opportunity for hybrid remote work.

This is an on-demand employment position.

• Scope & Needs: We are building our candidate pool for the autumn. Demand for shifts may arise early in the autumn, for example, in connection with the start of studies, but we primarily see a peak in demand during December. This means you have great opportunities to work extra when the chance arises!

• Working Hours: Generally scheduled during office hours, Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (evenings and weekends may occur).

• Introduction: You will receive thorough training in customer service, case handling, and systems so that you feel completely secure in your role before your first shifts.

• Salary Model: We offer a variable salary where your engagement and performance affect your income, combined with a guaranteed monthly salary for your security.

• Collective Agreement: We are affiliated with a collective agreement with Unionen.

To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Have completed upper secondary education or equivalent experience.

• Have previous work experience and good references.
