Main Responsibilities

• As a Store Associate, you will take significant responsibility for ensuring our customers can easily find what they are looking for.
• You are responsible for keeping our shelves well-stocked and ensuring the store is clean and tidy.
• Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer interaction, sales, and maintaining the highest quality. You will become an important part of the chain leading to an inspiring shopping experience.

Position type: Temporary position as needed.

Start date: 2026-08-31 or as agreed.

Working hours: You will vary between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

What We Expect

Being interested in food and enjoying working with customers and sales is a prerequisite for the role. Below you can see what else is expected of you as a Store Associate at Hemköp:

• You should be good at working in teams, be meticulous, and quality-conscious. Additionally, you should enjoy a fast-paced environment.
• Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store. This means you are service- and sales-oriented, but also have an eye for both details and the big picture.

In reference to the Working Environment Act (Chapter 5) and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 16 depending on the nature of the tasks.
