You, us, and the job
As an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist, you are an expert and close collaboration partner to management, HR, and operations regarding issues related to occupational health, rehabilitation, and work adjustment. - Identify areas for improvement through analysis and follow-up, and translate insights into concrete actions.
Who you are
To succeed in the role, you must be able to combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach. You easily build trust and relationships at all levels of the organization. At the same time, you are driven by development and change and have the ability to translate complex issues into clear processes, structures, and solutions.
We would like you to be:
- Analytical and able to identify both strengths and areas for development within occupational health and safety work.
- Strategic and long-term oriented, while also skilled at translating plans into concrete activities and results.
- Communicative and pedagogical, with the ability to adapt messages to the target audience and context.
- Relationship-building and skilled at collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Independent, proactive, and accustomed to driving issues all the way from idea to implementation.
- Change-oriented and motivated by developing businesses, processes, and ways of working.
- Committed to creating conditions for sustainable working lives where people can thrive and perform over time.

We are looking for someone who has:
- An academic education in occupational health and safety or related fields.
- At least seven years of experience in occupational health and safety work, strategic process leadership, and business development.
