Centrum Home Care is now looking for a Specialist Nursing Assistant to join our team! We are looking for you who want to help drive our quality work in home care forward. The role is relatively new and will develop over time. Here you get a unique opportunity to be involved from the start.

As a Specialist Nursing Assistant with us, you play an important role in the daily lives of our clients. You contribute with care and support that creates security, participation, and quality of life based on each person's individual needs. You are involved in planning the daily work together with colleagues and coordinators, and your knowledge of the clients is a valuable resource.

Together with care supervisors and other functions, you participate in quality and development work, for example regarding quality registers and deviation management. With us, you also have the opportunity to help develop new ways of working in collaboration with other professions, supported by digital methods and continuous competence development.

Working hours vary between day, evening, and weekend. Common working hours are 07:00–15:30, 07:00–14:00, 14:00–22:30, and 15:30–22:30.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Education as a Specialist Nursing Assistant (minimum 200 YH credits) in elderly/geriatric care, palliative care, dementia, or another relevant area.
• Category B driver's license.

Merits:

• Experience working in the quality registers Senior Alert and BPSD.
• Good familiarity with working with social documentation and implementation plans.
• Experience mentoring others, both individually and in groups.
• Experience with more advanced delegated tasks.

It is important that you are a person who has the ability to organize and plan your days efficiently. Since you will be a support to colleagues, you also need to be pedagogically minded and have the ability to communicate so that everyone understands. You are eager to contribute to developing the operations, enjoy when things are happening around you, and take on new challenges with curiosity and flexibility.

Good to know

To be called for an interview, a passing grade in Swedish 1 at the upper secondary level or equivalent must be presented. If this is missing, you will be asked to take a digital language test.

In the event of an employment offer, an acceptable extract from the Police's criminal record and suspicion register must be presented. For this position, the extract is intended for work in the homes of elderly persons.
