We are now looking for a Nurse for short-term accommodation for people with mental illness and harmful substance use in Gråbo. The position is full-time. As a nurse, you work weekdays between 08:00–17:00. We offer continuous method training and several benefits.

About the Role
As a nurse with us, you support our patients in establishing safe and functional healthcare contacts, ensure good care, and promote their opportunities to move forward in life. Here, you have a colleague who is also a trained nurse, and together you lead the staff in HSL (Health, Safety, and Environment) work and plan and perform the tasks assigned to the nurse. The target group we work with constantly encounters challenges, and you need to be creative to find solutions. The most important thing is that we never give up!

In the role of nurse, you are responsible for the work within the HSL part of our operations. This means you work with and safeguard the physical and mental well-being of our clients, draw up care plans, handle medication, and perform other routine tasks. In your role as a nurse, you are also part of the team surrounding each client, which includes housing support workers, treatment assistants, group manager, operations manager, talk therapist, cook, and cleaner, among others.

We actively work to change the view on mental disability by always starting from individual needs and wishes. As a nurse, you play an important role in this work. Our aim is to help provide each person with the individual tools and strategies they need to live a meaningful life.

Your Experience and Knowledge
You are a licensed nurse with knowledge of and a strong interest in people with psychiatric problems. Co-occurring disorders with harmful substance use are often part of the clients' condition. We consider it an advantage if you have further education in psychiatry and/or experience in similar work.

About You
You see opportunities, have a positive outlook, and a strong commitment to people. The work requires that you are responsible and have personal maturity. You share your knowledge and experiences with your colleagues and see it as a given to contribute to a positive work climate. Additionally, you are computer literate and have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

• Love a varied job and meeting people in different situations.
• Are creative, take responsibility, and enjoy teamwork.
• Experience in social work and good computer skills are advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Swedish is required. A B-driver's license is mandatory.
