The Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic in Falun is part of the specialist psychiatry at Region Dalarna. We offer assessment, treatment, and follow-up for adult patients in need of specialist psychiatric care. We work in teams with the patient at the center, with a clear focus on collaboration, quality, and continuity in care. Currently, we are actively developing our methods to strengthen our working practices and accessibility.

Responsibilities

As a Rehabilitation Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our patients through their rehabilitation process to facilitate entry or re-entry into working life. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting patients in their return to work or studies.
  • Internal coordination, such as participating in team meetings and acting as an advisor and knowledge broker regarding insurance medical issues.
  • Collaboration with external actors such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, the Swedish Public Employment Service, employers, and municipal social services.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Registered physiotherapist, nurse, or occupational therapist, or another profession deemed suitable by the employer.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Merits:

  • Computer literacy.
  • Experience in psychiatry and rehabilitation.
  • Experience with the medical record system Cosmic.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365.
  • Experience working with various digital meeting services.

Personal qualities:

You have the ability to build trusting relationships with patients and colleagues. You are a cheerful and positive employee who collaborates easily.
