Are you driven by a developing role where you have the opportunity to make an impact? Do you want a varied assignment where you can mentor others?

We are now looking for a physiotherapist with an interest in education and supervision to join our team!

What we offer you!

We offer a full-time position with a start date to be agreed upon. The responsibilities include educating nursing staff and personal assistants in transfer techniques and load ergonomics. This is done through theoretical education combined with practical training of the movements. In addition, if needed, you will visit staff at various workplaces to accompany them in their work, providing practical advice on transfer techniques and load ergonomics. Furthermore, you will train transfer coaches at the workplaces, who will then support their colleagues in daily transfer tasks within their regular work groups.

There will be great opportunities to influence both the content of the education and the planning of the training.

The rehabilitation unit within the Care Administration employs a total of 37 occupational therapists and physiotherapists, as well as 8 rehabilitation assistants. The unit is led by two unit managers, and employees are based at six locations, five of which are in central Hässleholm and one in Tyringe. Our total mandate covers twelve different geographical areas in Hässleholm Municipality. The assignments are divided between ordinary housing, special housing, disability support, and service (FSS).

The role includes clinical work as a licensed physiotherapist during periods when education is not being conducted.

Working hours are Monday–Friday between 08:00–17:00, with flexitime options.

We value a good work environment where you feel joy in your work and thrive. We support each other, and unit managers are available as support. We want you to feel welcome and have the opportunity to develop in your professional role. New employees are assigned mentors to guide them in their work. There are great opportunities here for you to influence your working methods.

Hässleholm Municipality aims to create the best conditions for a sustainable working life, so that you can thrive, feel good, and enjoy your work. You can easily commute to Hässleholm by both train and bus.

Who are you?

We are looking for a physiotherapist who enjoys varied, independent work and has strong collaboration and problem-solving skills. You have a strong personal commitment to learning and developing our employees' knowledge. You should have practical experience in the healthcare profession, preferably from home care. In your teaching, you should meet employees where they are and build on their strengths. You should adapt the content of your teaching based on the area of operation where the employees work, treat employees with good ethics and sound values, and be open to thinking new thoughts. You are responsible and structured with good planning skills. You feel a strong responsibility for your own contribution and for adapting your teaching based on the situation you are in. Experience in similar work is an advantage.

As the work involves documentation, good computer skills and proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, are required. A B-category driver's license for a manual transmission car is a prerequisite for the job.
