Rönnebacken is a care and nursing home in Osby Municipality. Rönnebacken consists of six wards with nine residents per unit.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform nursing care tasks and handle medication according to delegation.
• Plan and develop work together with other staff and SSK (Specialist Nurse in Elderly Care).
• Create and follow implementation plans.
• Take on representative duties/areas of responsibility.
• Perform activities together with the residents.
• Work with Senior Alert and BPSD (Behavioral and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia).

Qualifications

• You must be a trained assistant nurse (undersköterska) with a protected professional title.
• Documented experience in nursing care work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to document in writing in the operational systems required by the organization.
• You have good cooperation skills and a flexible attitude. The work is based on the resident's needs and requires you to be stress-resistant and solution-focused.
• Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
• Accept delegated tasks.

Employment Type: Permanent position.
Duration: Start date: 2026-09-01.

There is an opportunity to combine the work with being a part-time firefighter. Assessment is made based on the organization's needs.
