About the role
As a Business Analyst, you combine technical expertise with business understanding to develop our client's HR Analytics platform. You work closely with both development teams and the HR department to ensure high-quality data and actionable insights.

This role involves working as a Data Developer/Data Engineer within an HR Analytics platform. Your main responsibility is to build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines that collect and structure HR data from various source systems for countries in the Nordics and Baltics.
The platform is fully built in a modern cloud environment based on a specific cloud architecture and data platform, with the goal of delivering well-structured data to internal BI reports.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize complex data models using SQL and Oracle.
- Design and implement analytical solutions in Databricks.
- Create interactive and user-friendly dashboards in Microsoft Power BI.
- Coordinate development projects and requirements via Azure DevOps.
- Ensure data integrity and efficient backend structure for HR data.
- Identify and present business-critical trends based on personnel statistics.
- Collaborate with backend developers to scale up the analytics platform.
We are looking for someone who
- Has advanced knowledge of SQL.
- Has good experience with visualization in Microsoft Power BI.
- Has practical knowledge of Azure DevOps.
- Has experience working with Oracle and Databricks.
- Has fluent Swedish skills in both speech and writing.
It is an advantage if you have
- Completed studies in data analysis.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Experience from the banking or financial sector.
