We are looking for a Junior Sales Representative for our customer support team in Stockholm. Do you have experience with customer contact via phone and thrive in a combination of service and sales? What does the job entail?

You will have daily contact with customers via phone. Your main tasks are to help, guide, and identify opportunities to offer relevant products and services. The focus is primarily on outbound calls where you follow up with customers, present solutions, and in a simple and natural way ensure that the customer's needs are matched with the right offer.

This is about creating good customer experiences, building trust, and at the same time capitalizing on the opportunities that arise in the dialogue. You work structured towards set goals and become an important part of a team that likes pace, collaboration, and clear results.

We would like you to have

• At least one year of experience in customer contact via phone or outbound calls.
• Experience in customer service, preferably with a sales component.
• Used to working towards set goals.
• Good Swedish language skills (spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of digital systems.
