We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Administrator for our client in the machinery rental industry, based in Rosersberg with an immediate start. This role focuses heavily on administration, coordination, and creating structure in daily operations.

About the Role

In this position, you will handle a broad range of administrative and coordinating tasks related to customers and business operations. You will manage orders, documentation, and follow-ups, while maintaining ongoing contact with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Administer quotations, orders, and contracts
• Ensure correct documentation in the systems
• Maintain ongoing customer contact via phone and email
• Manage the delivery and return of machinery
• Support the business in daily operations as needed

You will become part of a tightly-knit team where colleagues support each other in daily tasks, and collaboration is a natural part of the culture.

Qualifications

• Good computer skills and experience with administrative systems
• Experience in an administrative role
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and good proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with construction and earthmoving machinery is an advantage
