Are you ready to kickstart your sales career? At Recruitive AB, we are recruiting on behalf of several growing companies in the Stockholm area for a social, competitive, and motivated individual eager to work in sales.
No prior sales experience is required, but it is a plus if you have experience with outbound calls, customer contact, or a competitive hobby such as sports. What matters most to us is that you are goal-oriented, enjoy talking to people, and want to develop quickly in a role where your results are immediately visible.
We are currently recruiting for several roles within tech, digital marketing, and travel services. In these positions, you will handle the entire sales process – from initial contact and needs analysis to closing and follow-up. You will receive thorough training, close coaching, and a fixed salary combined with an uncapped commission.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is at least 18 years old and available for full-time work
- Fluently speaks and writes Swedish
- Is comfortable on the phone and thrives when working towards clear goals
- Wants to build a long-term career in sales, with good opportunities to advance to more senior roles
