AI Solutions Lead: Transforming the Future of Transport and Logistics

We are looking for a driven AI Solutions Lead with a development background to help shape the future digital infrastructure in an industry long characterized by manual processes. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical work and is a key position in the company's digitalization journey.

You will work closely with the Group CIO, providing operational support in strategic digitalization efforts, from idea to delivered solution. The position is new, offering a significant opportunity to influence how the company approaches AI and automation moving forward.

Innovation and Strategy

• Drive the company's AI innovation efforts and identify business benefits from new technology.
• Analyze industry trends and translate them into concrete, actionable digitalization initiatives.
• Develop and maintain an AI roadmap aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
• Support the Group CIO in developing strategic projects and decision-making materials for the executive team.

Building Solutions and Integrations

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions and system integrations within the company's tech stack.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities within business systems.
• Ensure solutions are built with security, scalability, and manageability in mind.

Business Development with AI

• Support and coach business units in identifying and leveraging AI opportunities.
• Act as a bridge between business operations and technology – interpret needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Drive pilot projects and proof-of-concepts together with the business, focusing on rapid learning and scalability.
• Contribute to change management and competence development related to AI and digitalization.

Digitalizing a Manual Industry

• Map and analyze manual processes within transport and logistics that have potential for digitalization.
• Propose and implement smart, innovative solutions that reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
• Contribute to positioning the company as a digital leader in the transport industry.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, System Science, Software Development, or equivalent.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in software development, preferably with a background in system integration or backend.
• Documented experience working with AI/ML tools and LLM-based solutions in production environments, such as Claude Opus & Sonnet.
• Ability to connect technical solutions to business value and communicate these to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with API integrations and working with modern SaaS platforms.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Experience from the transport, logistics, or industrial sectors.
