We are currently seeking a psychologist to support a public unit we partner with.
In this role, you will work independently and flexibly while feeling confident in your professional capacity.

Week 36–50, 2026.
Employment Type:
You may choose to be employed by us or invoice through your own company.
Schedule:
The assignment amounts to approximately 300 hours over a 10-week period. You will plan your schedule independently within this timeframe.
Qualifications & Requirements
We are looking for a licensed psychologist with documented experience working in adult outpatient psychiatric specialist care. You possess solid clinical competence and a thorough understanding of medical record documentation, care processes, and documentation requirements within specialist psychiatry.
You have experience reviewing and assessing medical records, and can independently analyze whether documentation, registration of care contacts, and implemented interventions comply with current regulations and contractual requirements. Previous experience in quality review, internal audit, follow-up, or patient safety work within healthcare is a plus.
For this assignment, you must have:
- Valid psychologist license
- At least three years of documented clinical experience in adult outpatient psychiatric specialist care
- Strong knowledge of healthcare organization and current laws, regulations, and guidelines, including the Patient Data Act and medical record documentation rules
- Excellent analytical skills and experience making objective, well-founded assessments based on medical records
- Excellent command of Swedish in both spoken and written form, with the ability to document and justify your assessments clearly and structurally
We are looking for someone who works carefully, systematically, and with high integrity. You have strong collaboration skills and can contribute to calibration and quality assurance of assessments alongside other reviewers. As a person, you are responsible, objective, quality-driven, and maintain a professional approach when handling sensitive patient information.
