About the role

As an agent here, you will play a central role in matching buyers with their perfect home on the island. You will work in a dynamic environment where you have the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally.

Your main responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Conduct needs analysis and create tailored solutions

• Present and show properties to potential buyers

• Support clients through the entire purchasing process, from initial contact to deal closure

• Actively work with marketing and identify new business opportunities

About you

We are looking for someone who thrives in client-facing roles and has a natural ability to build trust. You have sales experience and a strong drive to work towards set goals.

To succeed in this role, you need:

• Fluency in Spanish, English, and Swedish

• Good local knowledge of Tenerife and its surroundings

• A valid driver's license (B) and confident driving skills

Bonus points for:

• Additional language skills

• Experience from the real estate industry
