Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Commissioning Lead.

What You Will Work On

• Lead commissioning and installation activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Plan, coordinate, and execute commissioning activities for technical systems and equipment
• Manage the transition from installation to operational startup
• Coordinate activities across process, automation, validation, production, and installation teams
• Support commissioning of DeltaV or similar automation platforms
• Plan and execute FAT, SAT, functional testing, and integrated system testing
• Manage punch lists and commissioning close-out activities
• Conduct readiness reviews before startup and handover
• Coordinate system handover to operations and qualification teams
• Lead contractors and coordinate on-site commissioning activities
• Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and project quality standards
• Manage project schedules, risks, and commissioning deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and project teams
• Drive safe and efficient startup of manufacturing systems and facilities

What You Bring

• Several years of experience leading commissioning or installation activities within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience commissioning systems in GMP-regulated environments
• Strong experience coordinating process, automation, validation, production, and installation teams
• Hands-on experience with DeltaV or similar automation platforms
• Experience planning and executing FAT, SAT, functional testing, and integrated testing
• Experience managing punch lists, readiness reviews, and system handovers
• Experience leading contractors and coordinating site activities
• Strong understanding of project management, risk management, and scheduling
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Strong communication and technical documentation abilities
