The position is located at the Building and Environment Office, which is responsible for building and planning issues, maps, traffic safety, housing adaptation, environmental and health protection issues, as well as food control. RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to contribute to the municipality's good handling of supervision according to the Planning and Building Act? Are you perhaps a newly graduated engineer?
Then this position is for you!
One of our employees will be on parental leave, and therefore we are looking for a temporary Building Inspector/Building Permit Administrator.

The duties primarily consist of processing building permits and building notifications. Supervision according to the Planning and Building Act, shore protection dispensations, and supervision according to the Environmental Code are included as part of the responsibilities.

Within the department, there are currently two building inspectors, four environmental and health protection inspectors, one GIS engineer, one administrator, and one manager.

Remote work can be offered to some extent after the training period.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a 3-year engineering degree (180 hp) with a building focus or another equivalent education.

The work requires that you have a driver's license, category B.

As a person, you are communicative, receptive, and clear. You can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and have good knowledge of English. You are aware of the importance of being able to provide good service.

Salary form: Monthly salary.
