Your new job – with the customer in focus

As a Service Manager at Bravida VS in Östersund, you have a central role where you are responsible for driving and developing our service business within Plumbing & Ventilation. The core of the assignment is to work closely with our customers – to understand their needs, be proactive, and build trusting relationships over time.

You are a natural point of contact for the customer and enjoy taking initiative, following up, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that we always deliver with high quality and professionalism.

Alongside customer responsibility, you lead the daily operations of our service technicians within Plumbing & Ventilation. You plan, distribute, and follow up on work while creating the conditions for the team to reach its goals. The role also involves active leadership where you coach, support, and develop your employees through ongoing dialogue and performance reviews.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and distribute daily work within the service operations.
• Coach and develop service technicians within Plumbing & Ventilation.
• Be active in customer dialogue and build long-term relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop existing assignments.
• Be responsible for economy, quality, and follow-up in your projects.
• Ensure professional delivery from start to finish.

Who are you?

You are confident in yourself, take initiative, and are not afraid to make contact, follow up, or propose solutions that create value for the customer.

You have a good understanding of the business and see the importance of being present, attentive, and professional in all contacts.

We see that you have:

• Good knowledge within the Plumbing & Ventilation (VS) field.
• Preferably relevant education, such as VS Engineer or Energy Engineer.
• A business-minded approach and good economic understanding.
• Experience with customer contact and relationship-building work.
• A B-driving license and good computer skills.
• The ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

• Confident in representing Bravida in customer dialogue.
