Strömsunds Hyresbostäder AB is a wholly-owned company of Strömsund Municipality. The annual turnover is approx. 68 million SEK. The company's operations consist of renting and managing its own property portfolio, covering approx. 63,300 sqm, distributed across 967 apartments and 89 commercial spaces.

We are now strengthening our organization and are looking for a Painter to join Strömsunds Hyresbostäder.

Job Responsibilities

As a painter with us, you will work with both interior and exterior painting tasks in our property portfolio. The responsibilities include, among other things:

• Painting and wallpapering in apartments and commercial spaces
• Maintenance painting during renovations and move-outs
• Preparatory work such as filling and sanding
• Contribute to maintaining a high standard and pleasant living environment in our housing units

You will work both independently and in collaboration with other staff within property management.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• High school education with a focus on painting or equivalent education/experience
• Experience in painting work is an advantage
• Good teamwork skills and a service-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
