Job Responsibilities

As a Lead Scaffolder, you will:

• Lead and organize scaffolding erection on various construction projects.
• Work with the assembly and dismantling of construction scaffolds.
• Communicate and collaborate with clients and suppliers to ensure project progress.
• Plan workflows and resources to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with current safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other trades and contribute to a good working environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 3 years of experience working with construction scaffolds.
• Specialized scaffolding training.
• Category B driver's license (required).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and suppliers.
• Ability to plan workflows and prioritize tasks.
• Commitment to safety and quality in work.

Additional Qualifications (Merits):

• STIB Vocational Certificate.
• Weather protection training.
• Category BE driver's license.
• Experience with wheel loaders and forklifts.
• Man basket certification (Krankort).
