Job Description

To our friendly team and office in Östersund, we are now looking for a Technical Lead within road and earthworks design who can take on all exciting assignments, but above all, strengthen our team.

In this role, you are responsible for the technical area and ensure that projects are carried out with high quality, within budget, and according to schedule. You work with technical design, lead and support colleagues, and collaborate closely with customers and other technical areas. Assignments vary from smaller local projects to larger, long-term, and complex assignments spanning several years. A key part of the role is preparing tender documents; experience working with technical descriptions and associated bills of quantities is considered an asset.

Several major industrial and infrastructure initiatives are planned in Northern Sweden in the coming years. Together with you, we look forward to taking on the challenges and opportunities these projects entail within infrastructure and urban planning.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeing people grow and creating effective solutions together. We believe you have several years of experience within earthworks and road design and are ready to take the next step in your career.

You have a university degree or equivalent knowledge acquired in other ways. We also expect you to have good knowledge of the laws, standards, and technical guidelines that govern the industry, and that you can ensure our projects comply with current regulations and maintain high technical quality.

You are technically interested and preferably have experience from the contracting side. As a team player, you enjoy sharing your knowledge. You have strong communication skills and are fluent in both Swedish and English.
