The Business Support and Development Unit within the Health and Social Care Administration of Östersund Municipality is now looking for a System Administrator who wants to manage and drive the development of the administration's business systems.
The Business Support and Development Unit is a staff unit responsible for the development and coordination of the administration's business systems, welfare technology, as well as security and premises-related issues. The unit consists of approximately 30 employees and is organized into two parts: an operational part responsible, among other things, for programming and deprogramming security alarms, digital locks, and other welfare technology, and a part that works with strategic assignments. As a System Administrator, you will belong to the part that manages, develops, and works strategically with business systems. You will be part of a professional and engaged work group with good opportunities for collegial support.
We are located in newly renovated premises at Sollidenvägen 64B, where we work according to an activity-based working method. The office contributes to a good work environment and promotes close collaboration. Working hours are office hours, Monday to Friday.
Your new job
As a System Administrator, you will be responsible, together with the Security Coordinator, for the Health and Social Care Administration's lock and access control systems, as well as fire safety issues. You are responsible for permission management, registry maintenance, support, and training in the lock and access control systems for employees within the administration. You create manuals within current areas of responsibility. In fire safety work, you plan for fire safety inspections and revision inspections, and train risk coordinators.
In your role, you have close contact with all operations within the Health and Social Care Administration. Together with the Security Coordinator, you will have ongoing contact with the Technical Administration and external actors within the areas of responsibility. The role also includes serving as a risk coordinator for the staff units at Sollidenvägen 64.
Your qualifications
Requirements
- You have relevant education for the assignment and/or experience that the employer considers equivalent
- Previous work experience in system administration, such as support cases, registry maintenance, and permission management
- Previous experience in fire safety work
Merits
- Experience working in the systems ARX, Iloq, and Traka
- Knowledge of the Health and Social Care Administration's operations
- Experience in training employees in systems
- Experience in creating manuals
