As a person, I am a cheerful, lively, and active woman who loves spending time with friends and family and doing fun activities in my spare time. I have a great passion for food, love music and film, and have a special love for Astrid Lindgren's films.

About you

I am looking for you who are caring, patient, and possess a sensitivity to understand that you are assisting me in my life. You should be a woman with good physical fitness as some lifting is involved. You have a sense of humor, are meticulous, calm, and confident in yourself. I need an assistant who is responsive and attentive to what I need. An interest in cooking is a plus as I love food, but otherwise, all daily chores such as cleaning, laundry, shopping, and my close personal needs are included.

Requirements

You need to be fluent in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Staffing

An extended (and compensated) staffing assignment is included in this position. This means that during certain weeks you must be reachable at times other than your working hours, to ring in a substitute or step in and assist yourself in situations where intervention is required. This is Assistans i Balans' way of ensuring that our clients always have a familiar assistant by their side. The assignment is shared by all assistants who work according to a regular schedule.

The Position

The position involves varied working hours, including days, evenings, and weekends. You will start as a hourly-paid employee during the summer and cover any open shifts available. After the summer, there will be an opportunity for a parental leave replacement position.

To be employed, you must present a valid ID, a certificate of no criminal record (utdrag ur polisregistret), and any documents proving your right to work in Sweden.

Start Date

Introduction can begin immediately or by agreement.
