About the position

At Humana Norrtälje Hamn, we work with a person-centered approach, which means that every elderly person's wishes and needs are our priority.

As a substitute, you work to create a safe, joyful, and meaningful everyday life for our elderly residents. Together with colleagues, you work with the motto "we together" and contribute to a positive work climate where you and your colleagues make a difference every day.

Working hours: Variable working hours, day, evening, night, and weekends.

Employment level: As needed.

Salary: Individual salary setting according to collective agreement.

Start date: According to agreement.

What does the role involve?

As care staff with us, you will have a varied and rewarding job. Your tasks include:

• Planning and carrying out daily tasks together with your colleagues.
• Documentation and handling of any deviations.
• Collaboration with nurses and rehabilitation staff to create the best possible care and support.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who is a team player with a big heart and a responsible attitude. You enjoy collaborating but can also take initiative and work independently.

It is a plus if you have experience in person-centered work, and we believe you are good at building relationships and keeping the mood up in all situations.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is educated as an assistant nurse or care assistant with experience from care work.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing.

Please note that you need to be able to present a valid ID document and any documents that prove the right to work in Sweden.
