About the Role

We are seeking a property caretaker for the end of the summer season at BDX in Luleå. The role involves maintenance and care of the property's outdoor areas, with a focus on creating a safe and pleasant environment for residents and visitors.

This is a perfect role for you who enjoy practical work, varied working days, and a mix of independent and team-based tasks. At BDX, you proactively solve problems and see it as a given to deliver top-notch service to contribute to a secure and well-kept environment.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities at BDX include:

• Mowing lawns, weed control, hedge trimming, pruning, and general care of green areas.
• Preparatory work for outdoor environments ahead of the winter season (may include more advanced tasks).
• General maintenance of the property's outdoor areas.
• Minor repairs and practical maintenance.
• Service and communication with tenants and visitors.

Your Profile

Requirements

• Valid B-driver's license (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance, green area care, or similar work in the daily operation of outdoor environments.
