Adecco is now recruiting an Industrial Electrician for Part Construction in Kalix.

Your education will be assessed by Part Construction's electrical manager to ensure it meets the company's requirements before any electrical installation work can be performed.

About the Role

As an Industrial Electrician, you will become an important part of the maintenance team, responsible for keeping production running through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment.

You will work in a modern production environment where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are a natural part of daily life. The role involves close collaboration with operators and other colleagues in maintenance, ensuring stable and efficient production together.

You will work initially during day shifts alongside an experienced maintenance team. As the business expands, a transition to two shifts is planned, and with further production increases, three shifts may become relevant.

Your Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and repair of production equipment
Preventive maintenance
Installation and commissioning of electrical components and control systems
Documentation of completed work in the maintenance system
Participation in improvement and development work
Collaboration with production and maintenance to ensure a reliable operation

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest who thrives on solving problems in a modern industrial environment.

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

Have electrical training or equivalent documented competence in electricity
Have experience in industrial maintenance or similar tasks
Have good skills in troubleshooting and reading drawings
Are responsible, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
Can communicate in Swedish or English

Experience with PLCs, automation, or robot-controlled systems is advantageous. Forklift and crane training, as well as Hot Work certification, are also advantageous but not required.
