About the Role

We are seeking a Property Caretaker for the end of the summer season at BDX in Luleå. The role involves maintenance and upkeep of the property's outdoor areas, focusing on creating a safe and pleasant environment for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities

As a Property Caretaker at BDX, your duties will include:

• Mowing grass, weed control, hedge trimming, pruning, and general maintenance of green areas
• Preparatory work for the outdoor areas for the winter season (more advanced tasks may occur)
• Maintenance of the property's outdoor environments
• Simple repairs and practical maintenance
• Service and contact with tenants and visitors

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Category B) (mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance, green area maintenance, or similar work in the daily operation of outdoor environments
