Then we may be looking for you as Fastighetscompetens' new Operations Technician/Property Technician! Qualifications: We are looking for someone with a strong customer focus and service mindset, as the role involves ensuring that property owners and their tenants experience as few problems as possible with their properties and premises. It is important that you can adapt and interact with people in a respectful manner. You need to be self-reliant, solution-oriented, and practical to find the right solutions for the properties. We prefer that you have worked as an operations technician, or alternatively within plumbing, electrical, ventilation, or control and regulation. Great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities. To be considered for this position, you must:

• Have a completed upper secondary education
• Be proficient in Swedish (both spoken and written) and capable of communicating in English
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Pass a security clearance, as some properties require this

It is an advantage if you have experience working as a property caretaker, property or operations technician, service electrician, or in the service of other property systems. Experience as a facility caretaker, fire alarm systems, and SBA (Building Automation) work is also considered an advantage. Knowledge of additional languages is valued.
