About Luleå Bandtransport och Miljöservice AB (LBM):

LBM is part of the XBM Group - Bandtransport & Miljöservice, which has over 40 years of industry experience and is represented in 10 locations across Sweden. In Luleå, they currently have a team of 11 people. During your onboarding period, you will receive the training and guidance needed to feel confident in the role.

Responsibilities:

As a service technician, you will work with both service and new installations for the company's customers, primarily within the industrial sector. Together with your colleagues, you will frequently visit customer sites to perform service tasks, giving you freedom under responsibility.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Service and installation of equipment
• Preventive maintenance on belt conveyors, industrial vacuum cleaners, and process ventilation systems
• Customer interaction and upselling

Qualifications:

• Hands-on and solution-oriented
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Basic welding skills
• Computer literacy, as the role involves documenting completed jobs

Preferred qualifications:

• Certificate for hot work
• Previous experience in the industrial sector and preventive maintenance
• Training in mobile work platforms and fall protection

You are service-oriented with a strong customer focus. You thrive in problem-solving and are engaged in meeting customer needs. We are looking for a meticulous and quality-conscious person who enjoys working in a team and has good collaboration skills.

Terms:

You will be employed by Human Talent and hired as a consultant to Luleå Bandtransport och Miljöservice AB (LBM). The work will be full-time, Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00. We are conducting a rolling selection process for this recruitment.
