To our store in Vansbro, we are now looking for you who want to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales. At our store, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 75% and working hours may vary from week to week.

The position is fixed-term from 2026-10-01 to 2028-07-31.

In your role as a salesperson with product group responsibility

The work in the store is varied. During a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, work in the warehouse, and stock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. Strong team spirit, high tempo, and pleasant interactions characterize the work with us. We learn from each other and create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

In addition to the common tasks of a salesperson, you have a specific product group responsibility (e.g., for red/white wine or beer), which means that you:

• Maintain the product group representation according to Systembolaget's product placement rules.
• Are responsible for assortment, logistics, selection, and exposure, as well as analyzing shrinkage and suggesting measures.
• Continuously convey knowledge regarding your product group to other employees.

We are looking for you who

• Are at least 20 years old to be able to serve our customers.
• Have good social skills and understand how you can contribute to a good customer meeting.
• Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings and until after closing.
• Enjoy collaborating and want to contribute to reaching our common goals.
• Have a flexible approach, a curious attitude towards learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities created by modern digital tools.
• Have a high school or vocational education.

It is an advantage if you have experience from retail, service jobs, and/or food and beverage.
