To our store in Vansbro, we are now looking for you who want to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales. At Systembolaget, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 50%, and weekly working hours may vary.

In your role as a salesperson with category responsibility

The work in the store is varied. During a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, work in the warehouse, and stock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong sense of team, high tempo, and pleasant interactions characterize our work. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

Along with the common tasks of a salesperson, you have specific category responsibility (e.g., for red wine, white wine, or beer), which means you:

• Keep the category representative according to Systembolaget's product placement rules.
• Are responsible for the assortment, logistics, selection, and presentation, as well as analyzing shrinkage and suggesting measures.
• Continuously share knowledge regarding your category with other employees.

We are looking for you who

• Are of legal age (20 years or older) to serve our customers.
• Have good social skills and understand how you can contribute to a good customer experience.
• Can work varying hours, including weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings, and closing shifts.
• Enjoy collaborating and want to contribute to reaching our common goals.
• Have a flexible attitude, a curious mindset towards learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities created by modern digital tools.
• Have a high school or vocational education.

It is an advantage if you have experience in retail, service work, and/or with food and drinks.
