Drift Technician for HVAC Department in Osby Municipality

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor, optimize, and maintain HVAC systems in buildings, including heating, ventilation, cooling systems, and solar energy.
• Perform regular inspections and planned maintenance to optimize operations and prevent operational disruptions.
• Troubleshoot and rectify faults in the systems, as well as report and document completed work to the nearest supervisor.
• Work proactively on energy efficiency improvements and prepare documentation for efficiency measures.
• Provide support during modernization, efficiency, and improvement projects.
• Maintain daily contact with suppliers and external contractors, as well as collaborate with other technicians in the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical education within HVAC, Building Technology, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role with a focus on HVAC.
• Very good knowledge of control and regulation technology.
• Very good knowledge of heating and ventilation systems.
• Good IT skills with extensive experience working in modern monitoring and control systems.
• Advantageous with knowledge regarding HVAC system balancing and OVK certification.
• Category B driver's license is required for the position.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

There is an opportunity to combine the work with being a part-time firefighter. Assessment is made based on the needs of the operations.
