Are you a positive and cheerful person who would like to be the face of our clinic, the Public Dental Service in Gällivare? We work for a healthy mouth at all ages! We are looking for
We are looking for you who have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You should have good computer skills. It is meritorious if you have previous healthcare experience within dentistry as well as experience working at a cash desk/reception. It is meritorious if you have experience with the Cosmic Journal System and Carita, but this is not a requirement.

At the same time, you are self-reliant, take responsibility for your tasks, and drive your work forward in a structured manner. You work in an organized way and have the ability to prioritize and plan your work effectively. Furthermore, you have good problem-solving skills and can handle challenges and changing situations in a constructive and solution-focused way. You adapt easily to changed circumstances and can remain calm in stressful situations. It is also important that you can plan and organize your work.
What you will work with
As a receptionist here, you have a central role and are often the patient's first point of contact and the face of the operation. The duties include reception work such as booking appointments, sending invitations, Tele Q (automated call system), patient interaction, service, and administrative work. The position offers a varied daily routine with good opportunities to grow in your professional role. You are also responsible for daily scheduled phone calls via Tele Q, handling, and distributing incoming 1177 cases. This is a position for you who primarily enjoy administrative tasks but can also flexibly be part of the team you work with. You will join a workplace with high engagement and close collaboration. The workplace provides both planned and emergency dental care for children and adults.

Information about the position
We offer a permanent position with working hours during the day. Norrbotten County applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements. Start date is by agreement. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
