We are now looking for a Study and Career Advisor to support us in performing the "Career Guidance" service on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). Are you a dedicated study and career advisor? Then Ability is ready to collaborate with you to create a better world!

As a study and career advisor, you are responsible for the cohesive guidance process for the individual, including conducting mapping interviews and individual guidance sessions. The goal is to create a well-thought-out career plan for each unique participant in the program.

As our colleague, you will work closely with Ability's experienced leaders and colleagues to create a safe and supportive work environment. You will have the opportunity to develop and reach a high level of competence within the role, and you will be part of an extensive network spanning the entire country.

Background

You hold a degree as a study and career advisor. Experience in career guidance, mentoring/coaching, career transition work, or similar is a plus, but not a requirement. However, great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, previous experience, and good references.
