About the role
As the Collaboration Manager, you will plan, lead, and follow up on collaboration forums, working groups, and dialogue meetings with external actors (e.g., regions, municipalities, government agencies, suppliers, and industry organizations). You ensure that collaboration activities are linked to the department's goals, assignments, and deliverables.
In the role, you support the department's projects and initiatives regarding collaboration and stakeholder management at both tactical and operational levels. You contribute to identifying risks, needs, and opportunities in collaborations, as well as proposing solutions. You also collaborate internally with the agency's unit for national coordination to ensure a strategic line.
You belong to a unit consisting of customer managers, investigators, test specialists, and collaboration managers who work to support the delivery of the assignments the department has. The unit creates conditions for efficient implementation of the department's delivery through well-functioning cooperation with relevant actors.
The unit is part of the Medicines Department, which is responsible for providing services that enable patient-safe and cost-effective medication management for healthcare, pharmacies, and citizens.
About you

We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant academic education.
- Documented experience in driving and coordinating collaboration processes, networks, or partnerships in a complex environment.
- Experience working in or close to the public sector, preferably within healthcare, social care, or digitalization.
- Several years of experience in change management, project management, or process management.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
The following is meritorious for the role:
- Knowledge of digital infrastructure and information exchange within the health, care, and social care sector.
- Experience in creating pedagogical and communicative presentation materials.

The employment is permanent with a six-month probation period. Start date as soon as possible or by agreement. The place of work is Stockholm or Kalmar. The work may involve business travel, primarily between the two locations.
