We are looking for a new colleague to join our Rehabilitation Clinic!
About Us
The Rehabilitation Clinic is a specialist resource within Region Sörmland with specialized knowledge regarding permanent disabilities and their consequences in daily life. We have county-wide responsibilities with clinics in Eskilstuna, Katrineholm, and Nyköping. The Rehabilitation Clinic complements other healthcare services in the Region and is part of the Psychiatry and Disability Division. Our mission involves investigating and providing rehabilitative interventions for children, adolescents, and adults with permanent disabilities such as mobility impairments, multiple disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, intellectual disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders.
We work through a unified clinic structure in multidisciplinary teams divided into children's, adolescents', and adults' teams.
Within our operations, there is a continuous improvement process where all employees are involved.
Your Responsibilities
We offer you an inspiring and varied job in close collaboration with the clinic's professional groups and teams. Your tasks include working in the medical record system Cosmic, administrative duties such as TeleQ/1177, invoice management in Proceedo, mail handling, and further specialization within different areas of responsibility. The work requires a high degree of structure, the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel, and participation in the ongoing development of the unit. You will collaborate closely with medical secretaries at the unit and have access to collegial support from colleagues at other units and professional coordinators. You will also meet your colleagues at professional meetings continuously throughout the year.
Your Qualifications
You are trained as a medical secretary or healthcare administrator. You have good knowledge of Cosmic, the Swedish language, and the Office package. As a person, you are structured and flexible, with the ability to work both in a group and independently. You thrive with varied tasks and many contacts both within the organization and externally. A good quality is the ability to see the importance of the whole picture for the patient's journey through care, and to be clear and a good communicator towards employees, patients, and their networks. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities.
