As an AI Developer, you will play a central role in the development and further development of software in complex system environments. You will work closely with other developers, systems engineers, and security specialists in an environment with high demands for quality, security, and innovation. Responsibilities

• Develop software with AI support within military command systems
• Train, evaluate, and improve AI models
• Work with system design and requirements management within software development
• Contribute to the entire development chain – from requirements to implementation

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent in software, data science, or AI
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

The position is classified. A security clearance check will be conducted prior to employment according to current security regulations. Citizenship requirements apply for this role. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-assisted development in GitLab or similar environments
• Knowledge of IT security standards (e.g., NIST, Common Criteria)
• Experience in data-centric system development
• Experience with ontologies in data-centric systems
• DevSecOps environments
