We are looking for you who want to use your competence to ensure high quality in operation and road maintenance work. If you have previous experience with setting out and want to develop in an engaged group that is passionate about their work, then this is the role for you.

About the position

As a Construction Manager with us, you will become an important part of Road Survey Technology (RST) – the leading actor in Northern Europe within road maintenance. You will be part of a competent team of approximately 10 people and be responsible for construction management in the Gothenburg area. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the Swedish Transport Administration's project managers and the contractor hired by them. You should be living somewhere near Gothenburg.

Your main tasks

• Conduct action inventories.
• Work in the Swedish Transport Administration's LINA system.
• Setting out/staking.
• Participate in meetings with the Swedish Transport Administration and the contractor.
• Follow-up and controls.

To succeed in this role, the following is required:

• You are flexible; evening and night work are included in the position.
• Good communication skills and a high level of commitment to your work.
• Good planning skills and habit of taking responsibility for your assignments.
• Computer literacy.
• Knowledge of what seasonal work entails.
• Solution-oriented and interested in technology.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience working in the road marking industry.
• Ability to perform setting out with a setting-out vehicle.
• Category B driver's license.
