Project Manager at CA Consultadministration AB

We are now looking for two experienced project managers who want to drive the construction projects of the future.

On behalf of CA Consultadministration AB, Sibe Construction is seeking two engaged and business-minded project managers who wish to take the next step in their careers.

CA is one of West Sweden's most established consultancies, specializing in project and construction management, construction cost estimation, environmental management, and construction descriptions. Since its inception over 50 years ago, the company has built a very strong reputation by delivering high quality, creating long-term customer relationships, and successfully leading some of the region's most complex and significant construction projects. Most assignments are carried out on behalf of municipalities and regions in western Sweden.

Your Role

As a project manager, you will play a key role in the execution of construction projects from early stages to the completed facility. You represent the client and are responsible for driving the project with a focus on quality, economics, time, and long-term results.

You lead the various actors in the project, make important decisions, and ensure that each project is carried out according to set goals and the client's expectations.

Around you are some of the industry's most experienced specialists in areas such as design management, construction management, contract law, cost estimation, environment, inspection, and technical descriptions. The tasks may include, among other things:

• Project management and construction management
• Design management
• Program and investigation work
• Tendering and contract issues
• Economic and budget control
• Quality and environmental management
• Coordination between client, consultants, and contractors
• Authority contacts
• Control responsibility according to the Planning and Building Act (PBL)
• Contract inspections

The position is shaped to some extent based on your experience and strengths, which provides good opportunities to influence your own development.

We are looking for you who

Have at least 5–10 years of experience in project management, construction management, or working as a project or contracting engineer in building construction.

You have experience leading construction projects with many stakeholders and feel confident in making decisions, creating structure, and driving projects forward.

We would like you to have experience with:

• Project and construction management
• Contract law (AB, ABT, and AMA)
• LOU (Swedish Public Procurement Act) and public tenders
• Economic and budget responsibility
• Scheduling and production control
• Risk management and quality work

As a person, you are business-minded, solution-oriented, and trustworthy. You are good at building relationships and are appreciated for your leadership, structure, and communication skills.

You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Having your own network or established customer relationships is considered an asset.

A B-class driver's license is required.
