Do you want to lead and develop a growing refrigeration business alongside an engaged team?

We are now looking for a Refrigeration Team Leader who wants to take a key role in our refrigeration operations. The role involves operational and technical responsibility where you lead the daily work while contributing your expertise in refrigeration solutions, costing, and customer development.

About the role

As a Refrigeration Team Leader, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading the daily work within the department. A large part of the operations consists of a comprehensive framework agreement with a leading food retail chain, which places high demands on service, quality, and technical knowledge.

You will work closely with both customers and employees and play a central role in ensuring that assignments are carried out efficiently, profitably, and with high customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead and distribute the daily work within the refrigeration operations.
• Be responsible for planning and follow-up of service, operation, maintenance, and project assignments.
• Act as the customer's natural contact person and build long-term relationships.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and technical solution proposals.
• Ensure high quality, good working environment, and economic follow-up in assignments.
• Support technicians with technical questions and contribute to competence development within the team.
• Participate in business development and further development of our customer agreements.

We are looking for you who

Have experience working with operation, maintenance, and projects within refrigeration, with a particular focus on food refrigeration. You also have good knowledge of comfort cooling and possess a strong technical understanding that enables you to act as a support for both customers and employees.

We would like you to have:

• Several years of experience from the refrigeration industry.
• Extensive technical competence in food refrigeration and comfort cooling.
• Experience in team leadership, project management, or a coordinating role.
• Ability to develop technical solutions and quotations.
• Good financial understanding and experience in following up on assignments.
• Experience with large framework agreements or contract customers is an advantage.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
