ISS Facility Services has an exciting collaboration within Integrated Facility Service with a customer in the automotive industry with multiple sites in Sweden. For the Tuve site, we are now looking for an engaged and business-driven Operations Manager Construction with the ability to develop the business. About the Role
As an Operations Manager for our customer, you will play a key role in the delivery. With result responsibility, you will lead small and large projects together with your colleagues, and you will also be involved operationally. Your task is to ensure that we deliver services according to customer expectations and established agreements. You lead the operations in the area towards set goals in close collaboration with the customer, colleagues, and manager. Since we also use subcontractors, the role includes leadership and coordination responsibilities for these.

Examples of main tasks and areas of responsibility included in your role:

• Responsibility for ensuring the operation is optimally sized and staffed.
• Ensure that work is carried out safely and in compliance with laws, other agreements, as well as ISS policies and values.
• Continuous customer contact with a focus on meeting customer expectations.
• Responsible for operational issues and developing these in consultation with the manager and other colleagues in the operations area.
• Estimate works and submit quotes to the customer.
• Project management.
• Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the agreed contract.
• Responsible for and ensures the development of the assignment so that the contract is driven as efficiently as possible at all times.
• Purchase of materials, clothing, and tools.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Economic responsibility for the unit and its subcontractors.
• Operational work as a Carpenter.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for you who have work experience in the construction industry. You bring practical knowledge as a Carpenter as well as experience in economics, leadership, and project management. Since coordination takes place both internally and towards the customer and subcontractors, we see that you have good communication skills and a habit of collaborating with different types of stakeholders.

Planning and communication take place largely via email, phone, and case management systems, which means you need to have good data and system skills as well as good administrative skills for the position. Understanding of electricity, training in Energy Optimization and Control and Regulation Technology, BAS P/U, ESA/EvA, and Contract Law are meritorious. A driver's license (Category B) is required.

You are a responsible, non-hierarchical, and service-oriented person who likes to work towards the goal of "Satisfied Customer," with the aim of maintaining good and long-term business relationships. You are not afraid to take your own initiatives and possess the ability to drive projects and improvement works independently.

You have natural leadership qualities, good social skills, a talent for delivering world-class service, and you are a good ambassador for ISS Facility Services.
