You will step into a strategically important role in a complex investigation related to an operational tramway facility where faults in the electrical system's function need to be analyzed and translated into well-founded next steps. Here, you become the link between the operations and specialist expertise in electric power, high voltage direct current (HVDC), and tramway constructions, with the task of creating structure, direction, and trust in a work where technology, responsibility, economics, environment, and law meet.

You work in a politically governed organization and support both civil servants and decision-makers with clear assessments and context. The role requires that you can process large amounts of data, see the big picture, and at the same time understand what is crucial in the details. This is an interesting opportunity for you who want to use your senior experience in an assignment with a significant impact on future robust and safe operations.

• You coordinate the investigation work at a high level and ensure that the organization's interests are safeguarded.
• You act as the interface between the client and sub-consultants with specialist competence in electrical installations for tramways.
• You monitor and present current investigation status in a clear and decision-relevant manner.
• You review relevant technical and contractual documents and draw significant conclusions regarding responsibility and possible measures.
• You support lawyers and civil servants with expert guidance in technical and contractual matters.
• You prepare and compile data for assessments, positions, and any continued efforts.
• You explain complex technical investigation results so that they become usable for management, political levels, and other relevant functions.
• You tie together issues concerning, for example, electricity, technology, economics, environment, and law, and create momentum between different stakeholders.

• Higher education, Civil Engineer in Electric Power or equivalent.
• Personal and long-term experience from a leading position in a larger project organization (> 30 consultants).
• Experience from assignments in public administration with a politically governed organization.
• Personal experience in steering and project implementation of large projects (> 200 million SEK) where you have had explicit responsibility for the final result.
• Extensive network of specialist competence in electric power, HVDC, and tramway constructions.
• Ability to review extensive documentation and draw significant conclusions in technical and contractual matters.
• Ability to compile and communicate complex investigation results clearly to decision-makers and other relevant functions.
• Ability to be on-site when needed.
• Ability to work with confidential information under a confidentiality agreement.
• Ability to produce documents and other digital deliverables according to the Accessibility to Digital Public Services Act (DOS-lagen) requirements.

• Experience with electrical installations in tramway projects.
