Kitron Eltech is a rapidly growing company that develops and manufactures electrical and electronic systems. We are now looking for a Production Technician who wants to help develop the production of the future.

Job Description

As a Production Technician, you play a central role in the operations, responsible for developing, optimizing, and ensuring the quality of the company's manufacturing processes. You work closely with production, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure efficient, safe, and sustainable production.

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Optimize and ensure the quality of production flows.
  • Ensure that production meets high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Lead and participate in improvement work according to Lean and other improvement methods.
  • Implement new working methods, processes, and technical solutions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify measures for improvement and cost savings.
  • Calibrate, service, and commission tools and machinery.
  • Participate in quality investigations and contribute to systematic work within quality, occupational health and safety, and security.
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop the business.

About the Employment

This assignment is part of our staffing operations, meaning you will be employed by Yourstaff but work on-site at Kitron Eltech.

Kitron Eltech is in a growth phase, and there is a good chance of permanent employment with the client.

You have flexible working hours, scheduled during daytime.

Competency Requirements

  • Technical education at the upper secondary or university level, preferably within production, industry, or engineering, and/or experience in production technology, process development, or improvement work.
  • Experience in improvement work and change management.
  • Good understanding of production flows and quality assurance.
  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Merits

  • Experience with Lean, 5S, or other improvement methods.
  • Experience with automation, robotics, or electrical systems.
  • Experience in change management or project work within production.
