JOB DESCRIPTION

Your focus with us is to provide the best possible care and support to our residents. The work is varied and meaningful, involving standard tasks within healthcare and social care. We primarily have needs on dementia wards, but there are also needs on some of our care wards.

It is important that you have great respect for our elderly and that you see the person and their situation in every encounter. You will create valuable relationships with the residents and their relatives, and you will meet people with different life stories.

As an employee with us, you will have the chance to develop, create security for our residents, and contribute to positive encounters. The work is based on good cooperation, both within your own work group but also with other professional roles such as nurses and rehabilitation staff.

Working hours are according to a rotating schedule with day, evening, and weekend shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are trained as an assistant nurse or are currently training, alternatively you with experience within healthcare and social care. You have good computer skills and you master Swedish in speech and writing. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

ABOUT THE ADMINISTRATION

In Tranås Municipality, we have five special housing facilities where we can offer different types of care, such as dementia housing, nursing homes, short-term places, and respite care.
