The Role of ST-Doctor (Specialist Training Doctor)

We are looking for an ST-doctor in general medicine. The position is a permanent full-time employment (100%) with a start date to be agreed upon.

If you are about to begin your basic training (BT) at the start of your specialist training (ST), a fixed-term contract may initially be relevant, with the aim of converting it to a permanent position. If you have completed your general internship (AT), we can offer you a permanent position as an ST-doctor. RJL has a concept for BT that benefits both you as an employee and the workplace.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a Swedish medical license and good knowledge of the Swedish language (at least C1 level).
• Has a driver's license.
• Can work independently but also together with different professional groups.
• Is engaged and responsible and understands the importance of good patient interaction.
• Is flexible and wants to develop and improve operations together with us.
• Absorbs new knowledge and can function as a knowledge resource for your colleagues.
• Can adapt your work, interaction, and attitude based on the patient and situation.
• Wants to contribute to creating inclusion and a good work environment through good collaboration with management and colleagues.

As an ST-doctor, your ST planning is done in collaboration between you, supervisor, manager, and study director. At our workplace, you receive continuous supervision from experienced district doctors. The ST-doctors in the healthcare area meet regularly together with the study director. We are very proud of our ST program. Collaboration with Futurum (Jönköping County's research and education unit) and Qulturum (the region's unit for business development and improvements) also makes it possible to develop within research or towards a future leadership role.
