The Role
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist on a full-time basis, located at our office in Vetlanda.
This is an exciting role where you will meet a broad target group. As an Occupational Therapist, you will conduct mapping interviews with new participants. Through these interviews, you will identify their resources and limitations regarding work, as well as what motivates them to return to work. The service, Step to Work (STA), is a collaboration with the Swedish Public Employment Service, where the goal is for participants to receive work training and/or employment through the intervention.
After the mapping, participants go through a program/module over five weeks. As an Occupational Therapist, you work based on individual planning with a focus on the participant's resources, combined prerequisites, and support needs related to different work environments. This is done by observing participants in work-like environments. You work with six participants simultaneously.
Tools you will use in mapping interviews:
- Model of Human Occupation Screening Tool (MOHOST)
- Dialog about Work Capacity (DOA)
- Worker Role Interview (WRI)
Tools you will use during observations:
- Assessment of Work Characteristics (AWC)
- Assessment of Work Performance (AWP)
As an Occupational Therapist, you have an important role and are part of a team together with employment consultants who work with the same participants. The role also includes documentation, planning, and evaluation of results. To thrive in this role, you need to be flexible, capable of working both independently and in a team, and accustomed to working with a broad target group. We would appreciate it if you have an interest in networking.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Qualifications
Licensed Occupational Therapist by the National Board of Health and Welfare. Additional education in the following tools is meritorious:
- Model of Human Occupation Screening Tool (MOHOST)
- Dialog about Work Capacity (DOA)
- Worker Role Interview (WRI)
- Assessment of Work Characteristics (AWC)
- Assessment of Work Performance (AWP)
Licenses and educational certificates must be presented before employment.
Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
We offer you
Clustera's employees are our most important asset, and therefore we want to offer a role that is both inspiring and gives you great room for maneuver. We are driven by seeing people develop, and we give you the opportunity to use your competence and creativity in your work. Together with your coaching manager, you will receive support in shaping your career, continuing to grow, and reaching your goals.
Location: Vetlanda.
Employment: Full-time, starting in early August.
Application deadline: July 31. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible, as interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis and employment may take place before the final application deadline.
