RESPONSIBILITIES

Your focus with us is to provide the best possible care and support to our users. The work is varied and meaningful, encompassing standard tasks within healthcare and social care.

It is important that you have great respect for our elderly and that you see the person and their situation in every interaction. You will build valuable relationships with the users and their relatives, meeting people with different life stories.

As an employee here, you will have the opportunity to develop, create security for our users, and contribute to positive encounters. The work is based on good collaboration, both within your own work group and with other professional roles such as nurses and rehabilitation staff.

Working hours are according to a rotating schedule with evening and weekend shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a trained nurse assistant or are currently training to become one, alternatively you with experience within healthcare and social care. You have good computer skills and you master Swedish in speech and writing. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

In Tranås Municipality, we have five special housing facilities where we can offer different types of care, such as dementia care, nursing care, short-term placement, and respite care.
